Refund Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying it; it provides all the details about the services or products you purchase.

Customers can cancel or return or request a refund for their order under the following terms & conditions:

Order will be cancelled or returned or refunded only for valid reasons such as: 

Ø If the customer received an order different from the description in the course.

Ø If our team is unable to run the software under valid laptop configurations despite all efforts.

Ø Refund will be initiated after receiving return shipment of study material (If Dispatched to Student from Our End) from the customer. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Ø Refund will be initiated after adjustment of taxes and other charges.

Ø No refund / cancellation once the order is placed for any reason mentioned above.

Ø Books Order cannot be cancelled once order is placed.
